Le Château de Canaples was built in the 19th century by a wealthy gentleman for his daughter.  The house is set in a 12 acre wooded park.  The house has been renovated but retains many of the original features.  Many of the rooms have been decorated with silk curtains and antique furniture. It has been used as a second home by the English owners since 1998 and is suitable for families.  It is possible to reach Canaples by road or train from London in 4-5 hours and it is 60 minutes from Paris.
